络化管理模式为基础，实现自动化架体控制、自动档案保护、环境调节、资料的有序存放、有序管理，借助网络环境和高性能计算机等实现智能化、智慧化管理，更好地提升档案管理利用工作科学化、制度化、规范化、信息化水平，具体以招标文件为准。            

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The archives room of the Veterans Service Center of Shanghai Pudong New Area (Shuangyong and Shuangheshuangxin Center of Shanghai Pudong New District) has been built, making comprehensive use of the archives warehouse with a total area of 169 square meters. The construction of archives is based on humanized design, and the intelligent control system and network management mode. It realizes automatic rack control, automatic file protection, environmental adjustment, orderly storage and orderly management of data. With the help of network environment and high-performance computers, it realizes intelligent and intelligent management, and better improves the scientific, institutionalized, standardized and informatized level of archives management utilization, subject to bidding documents.
           

合同履约期限：合同签订后90日历天供货至采购人指定地点，并完成安装调试。
