Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Maintenance and management of 14 public toilets located at Xinhang Road, Dongjing Road 198, Nanxindongyuan, Nanxixiyuan, Commercial Street, Jindi Market, Huagao Market, Heyun Home, Hexin Home, Gaiyi Home, Heyue IN Xiang Pedestrian Street, Donggou Sports Park, Lohas Park, and Greenland Park in Gaixing Town, including the repair and replacement of intelligent facilities. For specific details, please refer to the procurement requirements in the bidding documents.            

合同履约期限：本项目服务期限暂定为2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日。        

The Contract Period: The service period of this project is tentatively set from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业等        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, facilitate employment for people with disabilities, etc        

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1本项目专门面向中小企业采购；
3.2未被列入《信用中国网站》（******）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法失信主体名单和“中国政府采购网”（******）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单[以查询的提交首次响应文件截止之日前3年内的信用记录为准]。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 This project is specifically designed for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises; 3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (****** gov.cn), the list of major tax illegal dishonest entities, and the list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (****** gov.cn) [based on the credit records within the past 3 years before the deadline for submitting the first response documents].        

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中国”（******）、中国政府采购网（******）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (******), China Government Procurement Network (******) ;
